1. Valid passport(s) and minimum validity of the passport must be 6 months from the date of travel.
2. 2 copies of recent color photos (sized 3×4 cm ) Matt Paper white background (Cap & Glass Photos not allowed).
3. PROOF OF FUNDS OF AT LEAST USD$2000 (TWO THOUSAND USDOLLARS) WITHIN THE LAST 06 MONTHS/06 MONTHS.

❷ FOR BUSINESS PERSON:
1. TRADE LICENSE UPDATE (IF HAVE BANGLA PLEASE PROVIDE AN ENGLISH TRANSLATION WITH A NOTARY COPY ATTACHED WITH ABANGLA COPY)
2. BUSINESS PAD 02 COPY
3. MEMORANDUM OF ARTICLES COPY WHEN NOT MENTIONING THE PROPRIETOR/MANAGING DIRECTOR NAME OF THE TRADE LICENSE
4. VISITING CARD COPY

Visa fee with service charge: It often changed and depending on the current situation.
(Legalization, Notary, translation, and insurance charges are extra)
This type of visa is valid for single entry only with a maximum period of stay of 60 days. This visa is applied to those who will visit Indonesia for the purpose of official government activities, tourism, business and commercial activities, international conferences/meetings, humanitarian reasons, journalistic activities, or transit. Please note that this visa is not valid for paid working purposes.
Please also note that for journalistic and film/video-making activities, the applicant must obtain a special permit prior to applying for a visa. Please contact the Information and Social Culture Section of the Embassy through the email address:

Note-
1. Please submit all passports (Previous and new) to Victoria Tour at the time of submission
2. We only process tourist and business visas (nonimmigrant, immigrant, work, study and another type of visas are not processed by us)
3. We do not process any urgent visas
4. Once you submit all the documents to us, we will take 1-2 working days to prepare all the documents for submission to the respective embassies
5. We may ask for additional documents which are not listed in the checklist because the embassy sometimes requires more documents than usual. We request everyone to be cooperative if such a thing happens.
6. Visa is not guaranteed and the decision is up to the embassy.
Sometimes embassy asks for a personal interview session, applicants need to go to the embassy if requires.
